With 25 years of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Bonni brings compassion, clarity and insight to the toughest of problems ranging from a serious personal crisis to a complex management issue. She is a skilled mediator and has the ability to intuitively know what is needed in the moment. This big-picture perspective helps support her enthusiastic mission to serve others.
For the past nine years, Bonni has worked on U.S. Military bases worldwide as a Military and Family Life Consultant where she provides consultations, trainings, and develops strategies to help reduce the lasting effects of war on our armed forces.
Conducting workshops globally to audiences that range from enlisted men and women to NATO commanders, Bonni has a passionate, dynamic presentation style, delivering information with clarity, vision, and purpose.
Previous to her work as an MFLC, Bonni worked for 16 years at a large non-profit behavioral health organization as the Vice President of Outpatient Programs. During her tenure there, she was known as the “turnaround specialist.” She was given programs that were on life support and revived them to sustainable self- sufficiency. She was in charge of multiple clinics, supervised a staff of over 100 clinicians and designed, developed and implemented many new and innovative programs.
Bonni is also certified in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. In addition, since 1997, she has provided international consultation for CARF (Commission of Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
Bonni’s approach to life can be evidenced in the care, compassion and awareness she brings to every aspect of her work. Known amongst her friends and colleagues as a powerful manifester, she lives by the philosophy that “life can be easy” and strives to empower others to manifest with ease
